Bij deze ngo \u2013 met een zeer sociaal imago \u2013 zal een stotterende sollicitant toch wel een eerlijke kans maken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De eerste zinnen van de vacature voor eindredacteur (de werknemer die stukken persklaar maakt) stemmen hoopvol: \u201cAmnesty werkt voor mensenrechten. Die waarborgen vrijheid, gelijkheid en rechtvaardigheid. Wij zoeken collega\u2019s die diversiteit en inclusie belangrijk vinden.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is deze redactiefunctie geschikt voor mensen die stotteren? De hoofdredacteur, per mail in juni 2023: \u201cMatig stotteren geen probleem.
